Acme Seals Malaysia is Heading to Bandar Bukit Puchong

They say that moving house is one of the most stressful things you can do in life. Now, imagine moving a house, but that house is full of heavy industrial machinery, tons of inventory, and an entire office full of people.

It’s a massive undertaking. But it’s also incredibly exciting.

We are thrilled to finally share the news: We have moved.

As of March 2018, Acme Group has officially touched down in our new headquarters in Bandar Bukit Puchong, Selangor. We have traded in our old keys, packed up the trucks, and we are now fully operational in a facility that matches our ambitions—and more importantly, matches the needs of our customers.

If you have been trying to reach us or plan to visit, you’ll need to update your address book. But before you scroll down to grab the new details, I want to share a little bit about why we made this move and what it means for you.

Growing Pains are Good Pains

To put it simply: we were bursting at the seams.

Thanks to the trust you—our partners and clients—have placed in us, demand has been climbing. And while that is a “good problem” to have, it’s still a problem if you don’t have the space to handle it.

Our old facility served us well, but we reached a point where we were playing Tetris with inventory. We needed more floor space for our manufacturing equipment. We needed a larger warehousing area to keep stock ready for rapid deployment. We needed a collaborative office space where our sales and logistics teams could work together without bumping elbows.

This move wasn’t just about getting a shiny new lobby. It was a strategic decision to ensure that as we grow, our quality and speed don’t suffer.

Why Bandar Bukit Puchong?

Location is everything in logistics. When we were scouting for our new home, we weren’t just looking for square footage; we were looking for access.

Bandar Bukit Puchong is a sweet spot for industrial operations in Selangor.

  1. Logistics Access: We are now sitting right in the heart of a major logistics hub. The access to major highways (like the LDP and SKVE) is fantastic. This means our trucks can get out on the road faster, and your shipments start their journey to you with less friction.

  2. The Industrial Vibe: We are surrounded by other serious businesses and suppliers. It’s an ecosystem that supports manufacturing, which helps us keep our operations running smoothly.

What This Means for You (The Customer)

You might be thinking, “That’s great for you guys, but I just need my security seals.”

We get it. But this move directly impacts the service you receive. Here is how our new factory setup translates to customer benefits:

  • Faster Turnaround: With a better layout for our production floor, we have optimized our workflow. Raw materials come in one side, finished products go out the other. Less clutter means faster production times.

  • Higher Stock Levels: More warehouse space means we can hold more ready-to-ship inventory. When you have a rush order, we are better positioned to say, “Yes, we can ship that today.”

  • Better Quality Control: Remember our ISO certifications? A purpose-built factory allows us to enforce those quality standards even more strictly. We have dedicated zones for inspection and testing that we simply didn’t have space for before.

We Are Settled In and Ready to Roll

The boxes are unpacked. The machines are humming. The coffee machine in the new break room is (finally) working.

Transition periods can be rocky, but our team pulled off this relocation with incredible efficiency during March. We managed to keep downtime to an absolute minimum, and we are now firing on all cylinders.
